Our football sternum pad can be inserted inside the front of the pad to provide extra protection to the athlete’s sternum area. Velcro attachment insures a secure fit that will protect the player all season. This pad is mainly used for running backs and line backers but can be for any athlete who has experienced a hard hit to the sternum.
